Anti-human IL23A Recombinant Antibody (TAB-620LC) (CAT#: TAB-620LC)
This recombinant monoclonal antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes human IL-23A and has potent affinity against IL23A. It also can be potentially used in the research of Crohn's disease, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and asthma.

Western blot analysis of TAB-620LC was performed by loading human IL23A protein in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2 and Lane 3 (0.1 μg, 0.3 μg and 0.6 μg respectively) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-620LC (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 5000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-620LC was performed by coating with human IL23A protein.
TAB-620LC incubation concentration: 2 μg/mL.

ELISA analysis of TAB-620LC was performed by coating with human IL23A protein. Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-620LC. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 4000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
